Q. Do I need to provide any paperwork for a warranty claim?
A. Yes, your Proof of Purchase (Tax Invoice).
Q. I am after a remote, can you help?
A. Yes, we are able to source and supply original remotes. Please contact us with your model information and we will be able to assist in most cases.

Q. Do you only repair the brands listed on the Home Page?
A. No, out of warranty we can assist with all brands.
Q. Does it cost anything for you to quote on a repair?
A. Yes, if your item is out of warranty an inspection charge will apply. Please contact us for more information.

Q. Are you able to do repairs at my house?
